DO I NEED TO APPEAR IN COURT?
There are certain charges that have mandatory court appearances. Most of the non-moving and minor moving offenses can be taken care of prior to the court date that is listed on the citation.
MY LICENSE HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO TAKE CARE OF IT?
You will need to call the clerk's office to see what the fines and cost are. If you have not appear in court, you will need to come in and complete the proper paperwork. After the paperwork has been completed, you will be given a copy and a receipt to take to DMV to have your license reinstated.
